Minimum of 4 participants is required for each room reserved in order to qualify for the group discount. Payments are non-refundable and vouchers will be given for any over payment of the same value. Vouchers could be redeemed at the issuing outlet valid for a one month period. Escape Room reserves the rights to release your time slots if payment is not received 3 business days prior to the scheduled date.

- Can I change the start time of the games?The start time of the games could not be changed, as they are all prearranged in our online booking system.
- Is it possible for us to start all the games concurrently?
All the games will start at their own specific time according to the timetable. We will strive to shorten the wait time as much as possible.
- Can I get a further discount since we have a lot of people?All the rates are final as per the corporate template.
- Would I be able to negotiate for a better deal with other outlets under Escape Room?The rates are standard for all outlets across the area.
- What is the minimum number of participants for each room?The minimum number of participants is 4 per room in order to qualify for the group discount.
- Since all the games have different level of difficulty, how could we make it fair to every group?We could even out the level of difficulty by giving an extra 1 hint for those who go to the harder level and one less hint to those who go to the easier level. The intermediate level will remain as 2 hints.
- Do you guys provide food and beverages at your premises?We are not able to provide any food or drinks accommodation for our customers. However there are numerous restaurants nearby Escape Room.
- How do you arrange for a competition?A competition could be arranged depending on the number of participants and the number of rooms that you will be taking. We also could provide prizes for the winners at a low cost.
- Are there any lockers at your premises and are we allowed to bring anything inside the rooms?There are 18 lockers at our premises which are free for customers to use at your own risks. You are welcome to bring in your cellphone, wallets and/or your purse inside the room. However photographs are not allowed to be taken inside the room.
- Could I just reserve for the time and choose the rooms on the spot?Room selections need to be done prior to the scheduled date.
- How early do we have to make the payment and could I get a refund if there are less people showing up?Payment needs to be completed 3 business days before the scheduled date. We welcome you to bring in extra participants for your event and payment will be settled on the spot. Payments are non-refundable and vouchers will be given for any over payment of the same value.
